Galaxy Z Fold 6 wider and more square
- The latest leak comes from tipster Ice Universe who says that the information is “absolutely accurate”. This leak is also not based on patents or from other sources.
- According to the tipster, the design of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is more square this time, and almost like a right angle. The foldable is said to feature square corners similar to the Nubia Z60 Ultra.
- The Galaxy Z Fold 6’s frame will also be flat like the Nubia Z60 Ultra, the tipster added.
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 was earlier tipped to come with a larger display than the previous model. This suggests some noticeable design changes on the Galaxy Z Fold 6, something Samsung hasn’t experimented much with on the previous models. Batteries of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 along with the Galaxy Z Flip 6 were also certified on BIS but the listing didn’t reveal any key details.
Another major upgrade we could see on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is the primary camera. It’s tipped to feature the 200MP camera, which is a 1/1.3-inch sensor with f/1.7-aperture, AF and OIS. If true, this would be a big shift from the 50MP camera on the present foldables.
We should hear more about the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in the coming weeks. There might even be a cheaper Galaxy Z Fold 6 as part of this year’s foldable lineup. Several leaks have suggested that Samsung is finally going to introduce a cheaper foldable, and that it will launch later this year. In total, we would be getting three foldables from Samsung including the Galaxy Z Flip 6.
