New She-Hulk trailer teases return of Charlie Cox as Daredevil

A new trailer for She-Hulk was showcased at Comic-Con. The upcoming Marvel series is set to hit Disney+ in August. The first trailer arrived in May and was met with a fair bit of criticism directed toward the CGI. The new She-Hulk trailer seems to have received more positive reactions, which could also be due to some familiar faces showing up. She-Hulk sees the return of Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky aka Abomination. We see Wong showing up as well. And right at the end, we get our first official look (albeit a teaser) of Charlie Cox’s return as Daredevil.

The latest She-Hulk trailer opens with Mark Ruffalo’s Smart Hulk showing the superhero ropes to his cousin Jennifer Walters aka She-Hulk. Ruffalo steps into a mentor’s role as Walters learns how to become a hero while juggling her life as an attorney by day.

Jennifer Walters, played by Tatiana Maslany, gets a visit by Sorceror Supreme Wong, who warns her that the universe is “on the edge of a precipice”. Tim Roth returns as Emil Blonsky from 2008’s The Incredible Hulk movie, although with certain tweaks to his look as Abomination.

Perhaps the most anticipated cameo in She-Hulk is that of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil. His appearance on She-Hulk was rumoured before but has now been confirmed through a small but exciting teaser right at the end of the new trailer. Charlie Cox will also be back in Daredevil: Born Again, an upcoming series on Disney+, in 2024 alongside Vincent D’Onofrio.

She-Hulk will stream on Disney+ Hotstar on August 17th. The first season will comprise of nine episodes that will release on a weekly basis.
