It’s turning out to be a busy month of January, with another busy week that saw some smartphone launches in India and other markets. This week, the POCO X6 and OPPO Reno 11 launched in India. The Moto G34 5G also made its India debut. The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra was also officially teased for the first time.

POCO X6 series launched in India, starting at Rs 21,999
POCO X6 and POCO X6 Pro launched in India as the brand’s latest premium mid-range phones. The POCO X6 Pro is the first in the country with the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset and HyperOS. The two phones also feature 1.5K AMOLED, 120Hz displays, 64MP primary camera, 67W fast charging support and more. POCO X6 has a starting price of Rs 21,999, while the POCO X6 Pro starts at Rs Rs 26,999.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra officially teased
Samsung has released a teaser video on its YouTube channel that reveals the rear design of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. We get to see the triple-camera sensors stacked vertically along with another sensor and an LED flash right next to it. The signature Green colour is also visible in the teaser but we’re expecting more colours at launch. The Galaxy S24 series is debuting on January 17th.
Amazon, Flipkart sales start from January 13th
The Amazon Great Republic Day 2024 sale starts today at noon and is already live for Amazon Prime members. Flipkart Republic Day Sale 2024 starts tomorrow but Flipkart Plus members can get access to it today. Both brands are offering smartphones, laptops and other devices with various offers and discounts. There are additional bank offers, no-cost EMI options and exchange offers.
OPPO Reno 11 series launched in India, starting from Rs 29,999
OPPO Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro also launched in India this week with prices starting from Rs 29,999. These phones offer AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Android 14-based ColorOS 14, and triple rear cameras with a 50MP primary sensor. The OPPO Reno 11 series also offers up to 80W fast charging support.
Moto G34 5G launched in India, priced at Rs 10,999
Moto G34 5G is a budget phone with a starting price of Rs 10,999. The smartphone features an HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, Android 14 OS with My UX, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. You also get an IP52 rating for splash resistance and a 3.5mm audio jack.
