OnePlus 8T design could be similar to OnePlus 8. The phone is expected to launch alongside the OnePlus 8T Pro later this year.

A teardown of the new camera application suggests that OnePlus is working on 8K video recording support. Considering the feature isn't available on any OnePlus device yet, it could feature on the OnePlus 8T series. A new file is found in the latest OnePlus Settings app called "oneplus_8t.webp." It also includes an image file in the 'About Phone' page in OxygenOS. However, it isn't clear if the render belongs to OnePlus 8T or merely a placeholder.
The image shows off a seemingly flat display, unlike the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro that offer slightly curved screens. There's also a single punch hole cutout at the top left corner for the selfie camera. The volume buttons are on the left, the power button and Alert Slider are on the right. Considering that OnePlus typically releases its T-series phones around October or November, we are likely to hear more in the coming days.
A mysterious OnePlus phone with model number KB2001 (Kebab?) was recently spotted on Geekbench 5 benchmarking platform. The listing showed it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, Android 11 OS, and 8GB RAM. It managed to score 912 points in the single-core test and 3288 in the multi-core test, respectively.
