Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus has released a new update – version 13.2.0.116 – for its recently announced OnePlus Open foldable phone. This update introduces camera enhancements and eSIM support, as previously mentioned during the launch. Here are the details.

OnePlus Open’s recent update includes enhancements for both the system and camera.
As per reports, the update, 301MB in size, introduces eSIM support to the foldable device.
Photo clarity at higher zoom levels with the telephoto camera is improved.
Colour accuracy and tone in photos taken in Pro mode have been enhanced.

Issues with the eraser tool becoming unresponsive have been addressed.
A fix for the slow response issue when tapping a friend’s profile photo in WeChat on the cover screen is included.
The update claims to enhance overall system stability and performance on the device.

It is worth mentioning that the OnePlus Open was equipped with eSIM functionality when sold in certain areas such as the US, but this capability was absent in other regions like India.
