[Exclusive] Samsung Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 poster spotted in Delhi-NCR store; India launch next week

The Samsung Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 India launch seems to be just around the corner. 91mobiles has come across posters of the handsets’ in a store located in Delhi-NCR. While the posters do not reveal a concrete Samsung Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 India launch date, we can confirm that they’ll hit the country as early as next week. The former is likely to be priced around Rs 20,000, whereas the latter will cost around Rs 30,000. This comes to light days after the Galaxy A51 support page went live in India. The Samsung Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51 are the successors to the Galaxy A70s and Galaxy A50s smartphones, unveiled last month at an event in Vietnam.

Samsung Galaxy A51 specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A51, to recall, ships with a 6.5-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with an Infinity-O panel and 1,080 x 2,400 pixels resolution. The handset rocks a 2.3GHz octa-core Exynos 9611 processor coupled with Mali-G72 GPU, 6GB RAM, and 128GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card. Software-wise, the Samsung Galaxy A51 comes pre-loaded with Android 10 with One UI 2 custom layer on top.

In the camera department, Samsung Galaxy A51 sports a quad-camera setup comprising of a 48MP primary sensor, 5MP macro lens, a 12MP wide-angle lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. The front camera of the phone features a 32MP snapper for selfies and video chats. The entire package is driven by a beefy 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, Dolby Atmos sound support, and connectivity features such as Dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 measures 158.5 x 73.6 x 7.9mm and weighs 172 grams. Lastly, it comes in Green Crush Multicolour, White Sparkling Crush, and Black Crush Diamond colour options.

Samsung Galaxy A71 specifications

Samsung Galaxy A71 smartphone, on the other hand, has a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display, 2.2GHz octa-core chipset, 6GB and 8GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage with support for storage expandability. For photography, the phone sports quad 64MP + 5MP + 5MP + 12MP sensors at the back, while the front camera features a 32MP selfie shooter. The Galaxy A71 houses a 4,500mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, and like the Galaxy A51, runs on Android 10 with One UI 2.0 on top. The handset is available in Prism Crush Black, Silver, Blue, and Pink colour options.
