Samsung Galaxy Ring sizes, colour options leaked

  • Details of the Samsung Galaxy Ring were leaked on Instagram Threads by a tech analyst Avi Greengart, who claims to have had hands-on experience with the device. Greengart couldn’t take any pictures of the Galaxy Ring but managed to get key details about it.
  • The Galaxy Ring is said to be “ridiculously light”, and come in several sizes up to 13. There are also three finishes planned for the Galaxy Ring. The one we saw in the teaser comes in a silver colour.
  • Samsung is also tipped to launch the Galaxy Ring later this year but its price hasn’t been decided yet. So if we’re looking at a Galaxy Unpacked event, it could be sometime in July or August.
At the Galaxy Unpacked, Samsung teased the Galaxy Ring saying that it’s a “powerful and accessible” health and wellness device. As we’ve seen in other similar devices like the Noise Luna Ring, the Galaxy Ring is also expected to come with the same features.

The Galaxy Ring is expected to serve as an alternative to your smartwatch but as an easier and more comfortable wearable. It has several sensors that will be used to keep a check on your health and fitness. You should be able to track your health records from the Galaxy Ring on the Samsung Health app.

Samsung seems to be putting more interest in the personal health and fitness segment with the Galaxy Ring, an area Apple has largely focused on with its products and services.
