Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra receives NFC certification, Exynos 1080 SoC spotted on Bluetooth SIG

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will support NFC while the Exynos 1080 chipset is expected to power mid-range smartphones, including the rumoured Vivo X60.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has been spotted on the NFC certification site ahead of its launch in January. The Samsung phone with model number SM-G998U, which is the Galaxy S21 Ultra, was spotted on the NFC website and it essentially confirms the device will come with NFC support. Unfortunately, the certification does not reveal any other Galaxy S21 Ultra specifications. Meanwhile, we also discovered the Exynos 1080 chipset on the Bluetooth SIG certification site. The 5nm processor is set to launch on November 12th and will succeed the Exynos 980 SoC.
