Samsung Galaxy S24 series launch date

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series will indeed debut on January 17th, as per the report.
The flagships will be up for pre-orders on the same day as the launch.
The report says that customers pre-ordering the phones will start receiving the phones between January 26th and 30th.
The open sale of the Galaxy S24 series will reportedly begin on January 30th.
Samsung is yet to officially disclose these details on its social media handles or communication forums.

Samsung Galaxy S24 series screen protector

Separately, tipster Ice Universe has shared the screen protectors of all three Samsung Galaxy S24 series. These suggest the overall design will be identical to the predecessors.

As evident from the image, the Samsung Galax S24 series will have the same front design as its predecessors.
The standard and the plus versions have rounded edges, while the ultra variant has sharp edges.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra’s screen protector has flat edges compared to the S23 Ultra’s slightly curved edges.

The protectors back the reports that said the Samsung Galaxy S24 series will have symmetrical bezels. This means the bezels are slightly thinner compared to the S24 lineup.
While it is not evident from the image, the standard Galaxy S24 will have a slightly bigger screen and could be taller and slimmer.
The Plus and Ultra models could be thicker than their predecessors.

Processor: All three models could come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with Adreno GPU. But there could be Exynos 2400 SoC in select regions, probably including in India.
Software: The Samsung Galaxy S24 series could ship with Android 14-based One UI 6 software out of the box.
Cameras: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra could sport a 200MP+12MP+10MP+ 3x zoom quad camera setup. While the regular and Plus version could feature 50MP + 10MP + 12MP sensors.
Battery: The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra could pack a 5,000mAh battery with a 45W fast charging support.
