The design renders for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 have been leaked. Just yesterday, the design renders for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 were also leaked. The design leaks suggest that there have been no major changes to the design of the Flip 6 and that it will share design with its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Flip 5. Check out the details below.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 design renders
- Smartprix, in association with OnLeaks, gives us the first look at the design of the Galaxy Z Flip 6.
- From the video, we can see the Galaxy Z Flip 6 in a Lavender colourway. The foldable retains the 6.7-inch inner display, a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, and bezels that look the same as those of its predecessor.
- The power button, which doubles as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, along with the volume rockers are located along the right spine of the smartphone, while the left spine houses the SIM card tray.
- At the top edge, there’s what appears to be two microphones, which is one more compared to the Flip 5.
- The bottom edge houses the USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and microphones similar to the Flip 5.
- According to Smartprix, the Flip 6 measures 71.7 x 165.0 x 7.4mm, which is not too far off from the 71.9 x 165.1 x 6.9mm found in the Flip 5.
- The increase in thickness suggests that the new Flip could pack a higher-rated battery, which will boost its battery life.
- From the renders, we can see that there’s no change to the 3.4-inch cover display, the dual rear cameras, or the flash unit.
- The minimal changes suggest that Samsung feels comfortable with the design of its flip style foldable.

- Display: Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 could feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, Full HD+ resolution, and a 22:9 aspect ratio.
