The Delhi map in Battle Stars features a number of famous landmarks from around the city. This includes India Gate, Red Fort, Presidential House, and Connaught Place. Further, as part of India’s Independence Day, players can spot the Tricolour flag on India Gate and Red Fort. The map is now available for all Battle Stars players.
The map also comes with location-specific sound effects for greater immersion. As such, players can experience such as the hustle and bustle of traffic in Connaught Place or the buzzing crowds at India Gate. Players can also use new emotes to reflect the local slang of Delhi. Further, YouTube, Techno Gamerz aka Ujjwal Chaurasia has helped with the creation of the map and his house can be spotted on the map by players.
“Season 2 of Battle Stars saw a staggering 20 million matches played, we wanted to take the experience further by bringing Delhi to the game,” stated Christelle D’cruz, Battle Stars Game Lead and co-founder at SuperGaming. “To do this, we visited Delhi to capture its vibe and culture to bring it in-game as well as taking inputs from the community. Our new Squad BR features are also based on community feedback.”
Super Gaming has also announced a few new gameplay options. This includes the ability to play the battle royale mode in Trios, which lets players play with two friends or two random players. Players can also get Star Crates for power-ups and grab loot from eliminated players.
