Vivo launched its first-ever tablet Vivo Pad in China alongside the Vivo X Note and X Fold on April 11. The tablet has an aluminium body and is just 6.55mm thick. There are quad-speakers on the tablet with Dolby Atmos support and the audio can automatically adjust the left and right stereo crossing to the screen orientation. It has a circular camera module on the back to house dual lenses and an iPad like boxy design.

Vivo Pad is priced at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs 29,800) for the 8GB+128GB model and CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs 35,700) for the 8GB+256GB configuration. There’s a stylus and keyboard accessory as well and are priced at RMB 349 (Rs 4,200) and RMB 599 (Rs 7,200) respectively. The company is offering an RMB 50 discount when purchased together with the tablet. The Vivo Pad comes in Blue and Black colours.

Vivo Pad sports an 11-inch 2.5K WQXGA display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2560×1600 pixels resolution, 240Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10 and Dolby Vision. The tablet is powered by a 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with Adreno 650 GPU. It comes in two models: 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The Vivo Pad boots Android 11 based OrginOS HD custom skin. The tablet measures 253.15×164.71×6.55 mm and weighs 489 grams. It is equipped with quad speakers that have support for Dolby Atmos but there’s no 3.5mm audio jack. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C, and NFC. There’s an 8,040mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
The Vivo Pad has a dual-camera setup on the back, with a 13MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 112-degree FoV. It supports 4K video recording. It has an 8MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and a ToF (time of flight sensor).
