As has been the case in the past, the global launch of the lineup will follow and, as it turns out, vivo might soon be launching the Vivo X80 series in India as well. Today, the vanilla Vivo X80 and the top-of-the-line Vivo X80 Pro+ smartphones have been spotted on the Indian BIS certification website, which hint at an imminent launch of the series in the country. Additionally, the Vivo X80 has popped up on the Geekbench database listing, which has revealed its key specifications. Let’s take a look.
Vivo X80, Vivo X80 Pro+ Indian launch imminent
Starting with the BIS listing of the devices, the Vivo X80 (with the model number Vivo V2144) and the Vivo X80 Pro+ (with the model number Vivo V2145) have been spotted on the listing, thereby meaning that we might soon get to see the devices launch in India. That said, there’s so far no word on the Vivo X80 Pro variant.
Moving on, the vanilla Vivo X80 has been spotted on the Geekbench database website as well. The device has managed to pull off 937 in the single-core test and 3,313 in the multi-core test.
Furthermore, the Geekbench listing confirms that the Vivo X80 will boot Android 12 OS out of the box. Under the hood, the device will come equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor, which will be paired with 12GB RAM. We can, however, expect the device to launch in other memory variants as well.
