iBall Slide Cuddle 4G tablet with 6.95-inch HD display and voice-calling launched for Rs 9,999

iBall has expanded its range of 4G LTE-enabled tablets with the launch of the Slide Cuddle 4G. The slate comes with dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE connectivity and voice-calling capabilities. It appears to be the 4G LTE-enabled variant of the Slide Cuddle A4, which was released in June last year.

The iBall Slide Cuddle 4G offers a 6.95-inch HD IPS display. It is backed by a 1GHz quad-core 64-bit processor of unknown make, coupled with 2GB of RAM and a Mali T720 GPU. For storage, it gets 16GB of internal memory, which can be further increased via a microSD card. Apart from 4G LTE and voice-calling, the tablet’s other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro-USB, USB OTG and GPS.

The slate offers an 8MP autofocus rear snapper with an LED flash, and a 5MP secondary shooter. The camera app of the device is equipped with several imaging tweaks like Face Beauty, Motion Tracking mode, Panorama, Live Photo Mode and Anti Flicker. There’s no word on its battery capacity at the moment.

The iBall Slide Cuddle 4G slate runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, and also comes with support for 21 Indian languages. It has been officially priced at Rs 9,999, and will go on sale across channels in the country. However, at the time of writing the news, the slate is up for grabs on Snapdeal with a discounted price tag of Rs 8,999.
