POCO is gearing up to launch a new budget offering in India.
POCO is yet to confirm the exact launch date but we believe the announcement might happen in the next couple of days. Since the C-series is a budget offering, the phone should be placed under Rs 10,000.
There haven't been any significant leaks surrounding the POCO C50, so we will have to wait a bit before we know the key details about the phone. Since the brand confirmed the phone, we should see more teasers coming our way in the next few days.
Separately, the POCO X5 5G India launch appears to be imminent as the phone has received the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification. The listing shows the phone has the model number 22101320I. In China, the phone may launch as a Redmi device with the model number 22101320C. The handset is rumoured to pack a 4900mAh battery. The device will come with dual-band Wi-Fi support and have 5G network support with n5, n7, n38, n41, n77, and n78 5G bands.
The POCO X5 5G will feature an IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC.
