A week after launching the Realme 3 Pro in India, the brand is pushing out first OTA update to the handset which is around 182MB in size and carries the build number RMX1851EX_11_A.12. The update brings super slo-mo support, camera improvements, and system stability enhancements. However, it doesn't include the April security patch.
The update to the camera improves the quality and clarity of the images, and the super slo-mo mode lets users record videos in 960 fps. It also brings system stability improvements for better performance. Since the update just started rolling out, it might be a while before it reaches everyone. However, the brand has posted the Realme 3 Pro's latest firmware on its website where users can download the build, transfer it to phone's local storage, and tap on it to update manually. Ensure to back up all the data and have at least 30 percent charge before updating.
To recall, the Realme 3 Pro sports a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,340p) display with a waterdrop-style notch up top and features a dual-rear camera setup with 16-megapixel primary Sony IMX519 (f/1.7) sensor, and a secondary 5-megapixel (f/2.4) shooter for depth-effect and LED flash. The front camera gets a 25-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture lens for selfies and video calling. A 4,045mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast-charging support fuels the Realme 3 Pro. The handset is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 10nm SoC clocked at 2.2GHz octa-core processor with Adreno 616 GPU.
