Redmi K60 Ultra launch is officially around the corner as Xiaomi has confirmed the phone’s arrival on Weibo. The device was spotted on Geekbench a little while ago with its key specifications. Redmi K60 Ultra chipset, display details revealed

Xiaomi on Weibo (via FoneArena) that the Redmi K60 Ultra will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+, which is the company’s flagship chipset. The smartphone will also be equipped with the X7 chip from Pixelworks. This will ensure the best gaming and visual experience, according to Xiaomi. This chip is also present in phones such as the OnePlus 11 and Realme GT2 Explorer Master.

The Redmi K60 Ultra is also confirmed to feature an OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. Xiaomi says that the average frame rate of the phone is as high as 143.4 FPS. The smartphone is also said to have scored 1,774,714 points on AnTuTu. Redmi K60 Ultra will be the brand’s flagship offering, and it’s expected to launch as Xiaomi 13T Pro in global markets.

In addition to the confirmed details, there is some leaked information as well. Starting with the screen size on the Redmi K60 Ultra, it could be a 6.67-inch screen.
The smartphone is also expected to feature triple rear cameras powered by Leica.
In terms of RAM and storage, there could be three variants in total — 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB.
Redmi K60 Ultra is also expected to house a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

As far as its launch is concerned, there isn’t an official date yet but the phone is expected to debut very soon. Joining the Redmi K60 Ultra could be the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, Xiaomi Pad 6 Max, and the Redmi Pad 2 as well. Following this, the Xiaomi 13T Pro and the Xiaomi 13T are speculated to launch globally on September 1st.
