“Samsung Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 smartphones are expected to launch in India this week”
Samsung Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 ‘Notify Me’ page has gone live on Samsung’s official website ahead of their launch in India. This comes just days after posters of the Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 were spotted at a Delhi-NCR-based retail store. While Samsung is yet to reveal an exact launch date, 91mobiles had exclusive reported that the two new Galaxy A 2020 series phones would launch in India this week. The ‘Notify Me’ page further suggests their imminent launch and also highlights some Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 features such as their punch-hole displays, quad cameras and long-lasting battery. As reported by 91mobiles previously, both upcoming Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 smartphones are going to be mid-range offerings with prices starting at Rs 22,990.

Samsung Galaxy A51, Galaxy A71 price
The Galaxy A51 price in India is tipped to start at Rs 22,990. Apart from the globally announced 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage options, the phone is also expected to come with a 6GB RAM + 128GB configuration. The Galaxy A71, meanwhile, will come in two variants – 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB – and a starting price of Rs 29,990.
Samsung Galaxy A51, Galaxy A71 specifications
Both Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 run Android 10-based One UI 2.0 out of the box. The handsets sport Super AMOLED punch-hole display that bears Full-HD+ resolution and optical fingerprint scanner. While the Galaxy A51 is 6.5-inch tall, the Galaxy A71 sports a 6.71-inch display. The handsets are feature a 32-megapixel front camera and come in Prism Crush Black, Silver, Blue, and Pink colour options.
Both Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 come with a quad rear camera setup. In the case of the Galaxy A51, the setup includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, while the Galaxy A71 features 64-megapixel Samsung GW1 primary shooter. They are assisted by 5-megapixel depth sensor, 5-megapixel macro lens, and a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens. The Galaxy A71 houses a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support, whereas the Galaxy A51 gets a 4,000mAh battery with 15W charging support.
