Vivo X60 global launch date revealed officially; Snapdragon 870 SoC confirmed too

The teaser also sheds light on one key Vivo X60 specification that we all took for granted. It turns out that the global Vivo X60 and Vivo X60 Pro will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset instead of the Exynos 1080. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, though. While both chips are more or less identical when it comes to performance, Qualcomm's offering has a slightly better feature set. On the other hand, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888-powered Vivo X60 Pro+ could remain exclusive to China for a little more time. 

Both the Vivo X60 and Vivo X60 Pro come with a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display clocked at 120Hz, HDR 10+ support, and a hole-punch camera cutout. Storage and memory configurations max out at 12GB and 256GB, respectively. Similarly, both phones feature the same 48MP primary sensor, 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 13MP telephoto unit. The Vivo X60 Pro has an additional periscope lens on top of that. The Vivo X60 has a 4,300mAh battery as compared to the 4,200mAh cell on the Pro variant. Both cells support fast charging at 33W.
