Xbox Game Pass and Live Gold prices have been revised in India. Microsoft has announced a price cut for its gaming subscription services, making them more affordable for users. The Xbox Live Gold will start at Rs 349 a month, whereas the Xbox Game Pass subscription will be available for as low as Rs 399. The new Xbox subscription price for both PC and console will come into effect from April 2022, per HT Tech. Until then, the subscriptions will be available starting at Rs 489. That said, as part of the introductory offer, which was announced back in October 2021, Microsoft is offering 8 months of subscription at the price of one. It’s unclear if this deal will continue after the new Xbox Game Pass and Live Gold prices are introduced next month.

Xbox Game Pass price cut is great news for new as well as existing subscribers. Game Pass subscribers get access to new games every month, day-one access to first-party games, and more perks.
On the price cut, Microsoft India said, “We regularly evaluate the price of Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold at a local level to best serve customers in each country. These price adjustments were informed and based on local market conditions in each country. This is simply a continuation of the price adjustments we made in select countries late last year.”
