Xiaomi is readying to expand its smart appliances portfolio in India with the launch of an internet-enabled refrigerator and washing machine. A company insider, who wishes to remain anonymous, has informed 91mobiles that the company aims to launch these products in the country in Q4 2020. It'll be the first-ever washing machine and refrigerator in India by smartphone maker Xiaomi. The company has a huge range of MIJIA washing machines and refrigerators in China, but details about the models coming to India remain vague at the moment. We did reach out to Xiaomi for clarification, but the company is yet to respond.
