Realme teased the Realme GT Neo 3 at MWC 2022, confirming that the phone will feature a 150W fast charging solution. Realme CEO Madhav Sheth recently revealed that the GT Neo 3 would debut in the second half of 2022. Previously, the device was spotted on the TENAA listing with key specifications. The company has also confirmed that the GT Neo 3 will ship with the newly-launched MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset. Today, well-known tipster Yogesh Brar shared the complete spec sheet of the Realme GT Neo 3. The smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch display with a 10-bit AMOLED panel and HDR10+ support. The newly-announced MediaTek Dimensity 8100 paired with ARM G610 MC 6 GPU powers the Realme GT Neo 3. Under the hood, The GT Neo 3 draws power from a 4,500mAh battery coupled with Realme’s all-new 150W fast charging technology.

As for the cameras, Realme GT Neo 3 houses a triple camera setup at the rear, featuring a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor that supports OIS. The primary camera is paired with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro sensor. The device has a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls on the front. Realme GT Neo 3 boots Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 skin out of the box. Lastly, the tipster suggests that the Realme GT Neo 3 will debut in April.
