Redmi K20 Pro and Redmi Note 7S getting price cuts in Xiaomi Diwali sale

Xiaomi India has announced the ‘DiwaliWithMi’ sale, following its annual tradition. The sale brings discounts, bank offers, and more on various of its products, including smartphones. Revealing first price drops that will be offered during DiwaliWithMi, Xiaomi confirmed the Redmi Note 7S 3GB + 32GB would be available for Rs 8,999, down from Rs 9,999 and the 4GB + 64GB variant will be available at Rs 9,999 instead of Rs 11,999 during the sale. The recently launched Redmi K20 Pro 6GB + 128GB model will be up for grabs at Rs 24,999, a solid Rs 3,000 price cut.

While the brand is yet to reveal the DiwaliWithMi date, it should be around the same time as Flipkart Big Billion Days sale for smartphones, i.e. on September 30th. Furthermore, Xiaomi’s Diwali sale will also bring an instant 10 percent discount for HDFC Bank credit and debit cardholders. There should be a no-cost EMI payment option as well and price cuts on other smartphones as well. We expect Xiaomi might reveal more details as we inch closer to the sale. These offers will be applicable on Flipkart and Mi.com platforms.

Separately, Flipkart Big Billion Days sale preview page also lists Redmi K20 at Rs 19,999, which is a discount of Rs 2,000 from the original Rs 21,999 price tag. However, the listing seems to be taken down for now. Separately, Xiaomi is also gearing up to launch the Redmi 8A smartphone in India on September 25th. In an exclusive report, we earlier today revealed the Redmi 8A price in India, which will start at Rs 6,499 and go all the way up to Rs 8,999.
