January has set the ball rolling for 2021, with some exciting and out of turn smartphone launches such as Samsung Galaxy S21 series in India and globally. Now, the action shifts to February. The month won’t be dull by any means, even though the popular Mobile World Congress (2021) in Barcelona has been shifted to June this year. Xiaomi, Realme, Samsung, and more have all lined up some super-exciting launches in February, including Realme X7 series, Redmi Note 10 lineup, Galaxy M12, Realme Race, Mi 11 Pro, and Galaxy F62. List of mobile phones launching in India in February 2021

POCO M3

POCO M3 India launch date is February 2nd. The mobile phone, which has already been introduced globally, will debut in the country as a successor to POCO M2. POCO M3 specifications are expected to be as follows: 6.53-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 662 SoC, and 48MP triple cameras. The phone is likely to be driven by a beefy 6,000mAh battery and Android 10-based MIUI 12 software. Samsung Galaxy M02

Samsung Galaxy M02 India launch is also set for February 2nd. The smartphone will be one of the most affordable offerings from the brand. Samsung Galaxy M02 price in India will be under Rs 7,000, confirms Amazon.in. The smartphone will tout a waterdrop-notch display and dual camera setup at the back. Samsung Galaxy M02 specs sheet is likely to highlight a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity V display, 5,000mAh battery, Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset, 13MP + 2MP dual rear cameras, 5MP selfie snapper, and Android 10 OS skinned with OneUI custom layer.

Realme X7 and X7 Pro

The much-awaited Realme X7 and X7 Pro launch in India is also scheduled in February. The Realme phones will break cover in the country on February 4th. The smartphones were originally announced in China last year in September. There the Realme X7 and X7 Pro specifications include 64MP quad-camera setup at the back, a 32MP snapper on the front, 5G-capable MediaTek chipsets, and more. All eyes are now on Realme X7 and X7 Pro price in India and availability details. The smartphones are priced in China starting roughly at around Rs 20,000.

Redmi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro

Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro India launch will be in February, as exclusively reported by 91mobiles previously. The latest smartphones in the company’s Note-series lineup will debut in the country alongside China, confirmed Redmi GM Lu Weibing. The Redmi Note 10 series specifications are tipped to include up to 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 120Hz LCD display, Snapdragon 732G chipset, 64MP primary sensor, and a 5,050mAh battery. While Redmi Note 10 series price in India remains a mystery at the moment, what we do know is that it may come in a variety of different colour options, namely Gray, White, Green, Blue, and Bronze.

Realme Race

Snapdragon 888 phone Realme race

Realme Race launch has been teased by the company. The company’s China President Xu Qi has confirmed that its Snapdragon 888-powered mobile phone will be announced after the spring festival i.e. sometime after February 12th in China. This means Realme Race will lock horns with the Redmi K40 series, which is also gearing up for a February launch in the home country. In addition to Snapdragon 888 SoC, the Realme Race specifications will include a 5,000mAh battery, 125W fast-charging support, and up to 12GB RAM option. It is also said to come with a 64MP primary camera at the back and probably a punch-hole design on the front. There will be a Realme Race Pro variant as well, which is tipped to rock 160Hz Quad-HD+ OLED screen. 

iTel A47

iTel A47 is all set to launch in India on February 1st, per industry sources. The mobile phone will be a budget offering that will be priced under Rs 6,000. The iTel A47 will be an Amazon exclusive online. It’s likely to tout a 5.5-inch HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio display, dual rear cameras with 8MP primary sensor, 2GB RAM + 32GB storage, and a 5MP selfie snapper on the front.

Samsung Galaxy M12 and F62

Samsung could also announce Galaxy M12 and Galaxy F62 smartphones in India in February. Both smartphones have been in the thick of leaks and rumours. Samsung Galaxy M12 is rumoured to come with a 7,000mAh battery, 13MP triple rear camera setup, and an 8MP selfie camera, which will be housed in the waterdrop-style notch on the screen. The smartphone is expected to launch in some markets with Galaxy F12 moniker. As for Samsung Galaxy F62, it may sport Exynos 9825 chipset, 64MP quad cameras, 6GB RAM, and Android 11 OS. The Samsung Galaxy M12 and F62 prices remain vague at the moment.

OPPO F19/ 21

OPPO may refresh its F-series lineup with OPPO F19, which could also be dubbed as OPPO F21, in February. The handset is rumoured to be the successor of last year’s OPPO F17 and could be followed by OPPO F19 Pro. OPPO F19/ F21 series specifications and price are under the wraps at the moment.

Phones launching outside India in Februrary 2021

Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro

Redmi K40 and K40 Pro, whose arrival are rumoured since last year, are highly-anticipated to launch in February. The smartphones in more than one chipset variants. Rumours are rife that the Redmi K40 series may rock Snapdragon 888, MediaTek Dimensity 1200, and Snapdragon 870 chipsets under the hood. Other key Redmi K40 series specs may include a 2K AMOLED screen clocked at 120Hz, a 4,000mAh battery that can be charged at 55W, and more. Additionally, the Redmi K40 series may come with options to buy with/ without in-box charger.

Mi 11 Pro

The Pro models of the world’s first Snapdragon 888 SoC-powered smartphone may launch in February. Called Mi 11 Pro, the smartphone is expected to ship with 200MP primary camera sensor as opposed 108MP on the regular Mi 11. The Pro could also tout 120x zoom capabilities, a 6.8-inch 2K AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz, and 80W fast wireless charging support.
