“Samsung Galaxy S11-series is also said to have a 108MP primary camera sensor and periscope lens with 5x zoom”
Samsung Galaxy S11-series is undoubtedly the most hyped up flagship line-up that is said to go official in February ahead of the MWC 2020 show. Since there is hardly two months left, we have been greeted with newer details every other day. It is already known that the Samsung Galaxy S11 series will feature a new 108MP primary sensor and a periscope lens with 5x zoom support. Now, noted tipster Ice Universe in a tweet claims that the line-up, which includes the Galaxy S11e, Galaxy S11, and Galaxy S11 Plus, would have a telephoto lens with at least a 48MP sensor. With this, Samsung leads the high-pixel telephoto lens on any smartphone.
Samsung will lead the high-pixel telephoto lens, and the telephoto cameras of the S11e, S11, and S11 + are not less than 48MP.— Ice universe (@UniverseIce) December 19, 2019
It looks like cameras are the main focus for the South Korean giant this time around and seeing how Huawei, Google and, Apple are disrupting the smartphone cameras, it’s no wonder Samsung wants to take the lead. For now, its all speculation and we should know the actual results when the devices are launched, which is said to happen on February 18th, 2020.
